Budweiser Grandstand Events

Proof of paid admission to the Fair is required for entry to all Budweiser Grandstand events.

Horse Harness Racing - This official New York State horse harness racing competition takes place on Monday, July 26th at 4 PM. Admission to this event is included with general admission to the fair.

Demolition Derby - Daring drivers deliberately crash their cars while trying to keep their vehicles operational. This fair favorite takes place Tuesday, July 27th at 7 PM. Demolition Derby Reserved Seating tickets can be purchased only at the fairgrounds office and only in combination with a general admission ticket for $11 (lower grandstand) or $8 (upper grandstand). If you buy your advance sale general admission tickets at a retail outlet or if you buy your tickets on-line, you must bring your tickets to the Fair office to exchange them for the Demo Derby reserved seating combination ticket.

Mini-modified Tractor Pull - Watch as these little tractors pull their own weight and more on Wednesday, July 28th at 7 PM. Admission to this event is included with general admission to the fair.

Horse Pulling Competition - This new fair event can be enjoyed on Thursday, July 29th. At 5 PM., the lightweight division pulling begins and the heavyweights start at 7 P.M. Admission to this event is included with general admission to the fair.

Motorcycle Madness - Watch the pros show their stuff as they perform high-flying acrobatics on their motorcycles on Friday, July 30th at 7 PM.

The Stagecoach West presents Bull Riding Competiton - This classic rodeo event can be viewed at the Chautauqua County Fair on Saturday, July 31st at 7 PM. Admission to this event is included with general admission to the fair. There also will be a special booth set up at the Fair for our guests to purchase tickets to the Gerry Rodeo!!

Championship Demoliton Derby - Winners of Tuesday night Demolition Derby compete for the ultimate championship on Sunday, August 1st at 4 PM. Advanced Sale Tickets can be purchased in combination with general admission for $11 (lower grandstand) or $8 (upper grandstand).

Arthur R. Maytum Family Theater Events

Admission to all events at the Arthur R. Maytum Mini Stage is included with general admission to the fair.

Jim White's Truck & Auto Center Classic Car Cruise-In Night Classic Car Cruise-in - Classic car owners show off their unique vehicles on Monday, July 26th. Registration starts and the cars roll in at 5 p.m. Live music by The Ledgens runs from 6-10 p.m.

Upstate Farms Youth Talent Search Dance Competition - Groups and individuals from dance studios across the county show off their talent on Tuesday, July 27th and Thursday, July 29th at 10 AM.

Stray Cat Karoke - Singers from throughout the county show off their voices on Wednesday, July 28th and Sunday, August 1st at 8 PM.

The Fredonia McDonald's presents Terry Buchwald as "Elvis" in Concert - Enjoy the music of the king as this world renowned Elvis impersonator performs on Thursday, July 29th at 7 PM.

Country Line and Partner Dancing - Grab your partner and docey-doe, or just sit back and enjoy the show on Friday, July 30th at 8 PM.

Eddie Rosas presents “La Krema” in Concert - A spicy latin band leads the crowd in singing and dancing on Saturday, July 31st at 8 PM.

Special Events

Cheer and Dance Extravaganza - Presented by the Greater Chautauqua Federal Credit Union, the sponsor of "Wednesday at the Fair." The Extravaganza starts at 5:30 PM at the Arthur R. Maytum Family Theater on Wednesday, July 28th.
